The Deseret Book of Rexburg project, built by Hemming Properties, includes the new construction of a 7,000 SF retail building near the campus of BYU-Idaho. The new Deseret Book store was constructed using a conventional wood framed structure with a steel, rock, glass, and wood exterior to match the neighboring buildings. In order to meet key retail sales periods, the project schedule was accelerated and met by the ÄϹ¬ÓéÀÖAPPÍøÕ¾ team. This Deseret Book is part of Hemming Village, a mixed-use development that provides retail, restaurants, event space, office space, and housing for the local community and student population.
